Public Recycling Bins
Plastic & Aluminium

Since 2018, Tramore Eco Group have initiated the installation of these wired plastic bottle & aluminium recycling bins around the Town of Tramore in collaboration with Waterford Council.

These bins are collected and separately sorted by Waterford Council. Our aim for this initiative is to encourage the public to separate recyclable plastic and aluminium cans from the general waste.

The collected waste is transported to a local recycling facility where it is sorted and recycled as opposed to ending up on landfill sites.
