Removing the Invasive Sargassum Seaweed from the Backstrand

The Sargassum seaweed which we found in the back strand in Tramore is a brown coloured invasive seaweed originally from Japan. This seaweed is spreading through waterways around Ireland and is known to multiply it's original length which makes it such an invasive species.
