We have approximately 30 members in our group, and we're always open to more! There's something for everyone, from committee positions to regular volunteer work at our beach cleans and other activities.
Treasurer - Jane Findler
Jane is currently the group's treasurer, and in her spare time loves to create beautiful nature-themed decorations to raise money for bird boxes. She also gave us this glowing review š- 'Joining TEG was one of the best things Iāve done . Everyone is so welcoming and appreciative. The beach clean and a chat afterwards is certainly addictive. Helping nature around Tramore is definitely worthwhile and rewarding!'
Communications Officer - Sarah O'Connor
Sarah has been a member of the group for the last four years, and is responsible for maintaining the Instagram and Bluesky accounts and updating the website. Her favourite activity run by the group is definitely the Wednesday beach clean - litter picking is addictive!
Facebook Manager - Alicia Daniels
Alicia joined Tramore Eco GroupĀ 5 years ago and loves getting involved in everything from marram grass planting on the sand dunes to bird watching, especially if there is cake and a chat afterwards š°.Ā She also manages the Facebook page, updating our followers on the many projectsĀ weĀ are involved in.
